And nope I’m not a mind reader, I’ve just been there, done that & got the T-shirt ha! 

I’ve felt like this for a long time, all my life in fact.  It’s so exhausting! 

Even though it’s normal for some of these things to crop up from time to time (part of being human), it can be totally soul destroying to live in it day in, day out. Thankfully you don’t have to!

I totally understand how all of this feels and I am here to say you are not alone.

This may all feel overwhelming and impossible to achieve but you just need someone to guide you through it who has been there.

There is strength in unity, you don’t have to go it alone anymore and there is strength in you that you’ve not been able to see yet.

You've tried for so long to do this on your own...

You've tried to do all the things you're supposed to like read self help books, do some self care, get things under control and get organised. But things don't seem to change. You've tried getting help through therapy but you seem to just go around in circles. 

Don't get me wrong, therapy can be amazing and I encourage anyone to take it up but for me things started to change when I met my first coach and had the right mindset, mentor, tools & community to keep me going.

The answer is not distracting yourself hoping it will go away. 
The answer is looking at the subconscious beliefs underlying the behaviours that are playing out in your life now.
All of our subconscious beliefs are created in childhood and solidified in life experiences which means we need to unlearn unhelpful beliefs and thinking patterns and learn new ones.

Most therapies focus on talking and challenging thoughts on a conscious level but because our subconscious runs the show we need to teach our mind and body energetically.

I’m a mum of two girls and married to my best friend.

I am a Mind Empowerment Coach. I am so passionate about helping mums with busy minds, turn chaos into calm. To show them that they can be the mum they want to be by looking after themselves FIRST mentally and emotionally. 

I lived in survival mode all of my life, struggling with my own busy mind with anxiety & depression. I had numerous counselling & CBT sessions but nothing stuck UNTIL I came across my first Mindset Coach. That’s not to say that counselling and CBT didn’t work, it absolutely did. It was part of my healing journey.  What I learned through coaching though is the power I had over my mind and something just clicked. I grabbed onto it like a lifeline and soaked up all I could about how the brain worked and how to build unapologetic confidence.

In just three years I have gone from not wanting to live to now loving life and coaching others along their own healing journey. I never would’ve dreamed I could be doing this and yet here I am!

Month 1

We will be starting our journey together with awareness and coming off of autopilot thinking. This is where we will be deep diving into your thoughts and the mind, body connection. We will be identifying core beliefs that have been running your life (usually unknowingly) until now. We will be letting these beliefs go with energy work and starting to write your own new story 🙌 teaching your body emotionally to create trust in yourself.

PLUS ‘hot seat’ coaching where you get to ask anything you want so I can personalise any coaching and techniques specifically tailored to you.  

Month 2

We will be learning how the brain works and will be training your brain with mindfulness, powerful visualisation & brain instruction. We will be wiring your brain for happiness and creating trust between your mind and body (health anxiety) with more energy work. We will be looking at the language of your subconscious and turning around your self talk. We will be challenging those ‘what ifs’ & overanalysing. We will be laying the foundations for growing your self worth.

Month 3

This month is all about ‘The self’ learning to listen to your inner voice through energy work. We will be up levelling your self love and releasing the need to criticise.
